"Zhoghovurd": "I graze cows here, and there I will graze them." People migrate from the border village

Residents of Koti border village of Tavush region of Armenia told the newspaper, "Zhoghovurd" that their countrymen Arshavir Vardikyan herds villagers' cows in exchange getting for each cow monthly 3,000 drams. However, the villagers are late with the payment, because they have no money. Because of these debts Arshavir Vardikyan decided to migrate, move to Russia.

The villagers asked what he will do in Russia, in which Arshavir replied: "Here I graze cows, and there I will graze them." The newspaper recalls that Koti has 38 km of the border with Azerbaijan.
