"It turns out that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia for the organization of its summits shops mostly from "Alex Grig" company, which belongs to the famous oligarch Samvel Aleksanyan. Thus, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia on March 6 made the purchase of 1.8 million drams, about 4.5 thousand dollars, contributing to the development of oligopolies," the newspaper "Zhoghovurd" writes.
