The rescuers are searching for the body of the person jumping into Hrazdan gorge.

On Jan. 16, at about 11:30am, Armenia’s Rescue Service received a call informing that a person had jumped into capital Yerevan’s Hrazdan gorge, photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com.

A rescue squad and an operative team were dispatched to the scene.

Now the rescuers are carrying out searching works to find the body of the victim in the gorge. 

Few minutes ago the photojournalist informed from the scene that due to preliminary information the call was likely to be false.
