The Government will not change, except...

To this day, there have been all kinds of exaggerated version of the changes in the government. According to recent reports, however, a version is approved that President Sargsyan decided not to do any changes in the government, except for one person only. This "exceptional", to our knowledge, is the Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Hrachia Rostomyan.

Why has the President decided to go for more than a risky step?

The need for change in the country was spoken during first five years of Serzh Sargsyan's reign. In the first period Sargsyan refrained from radical changes that had settled in his hands who had assumed the burden of the post-election period, the presidential elections of 2008 were associated that ... there were many excuses.

In the last month, when it was obvious that the wheel of the RA over the next five years will again be in Sargsyan's hands, the necessary changes have already begun publicly. Even after President's clear text during a meeting with journalists not appropriate changes in the composition of the Government there was still hope that is unlikely to be extremely similar opposite attitude to available issues.

It turns out, however, that the whole issue is in opposition. Many preschoolers have resistance- manifestation of the reverse behavior. This phenomenon is called negativity. President Sargsyan appears to have symptoms of a mature negativity, but unlike children, Sargsyan's negativity has prerequisites.

There will be changes, but in a more suitable time in the perception of Serzh Sargsyan.

Serzh Sargsyan, as you know, likes to play chess, and this game, thanks to his preferences is often put in the basis of the concept of factors of a political solution.

In fact, given the path traversed by Serzh Sargsyan, manifested in different positions strategy, one can understand that the President of the Republic of Armenia is not a supporter of the extreme, spontaneous and indigenous decisions. In the issue of personnel changes Serzh Sargsyan will also remain true to his scent of chess player. After the municipal elections any more elections are not expected in the next four years, so that he will have plenty of time for any changes.

The changes will be carried out calmly, without haste and without causing tremors.
