Italy's PM unveils Cabinet

After two months of political wrangling, newly-appointed Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta on Thursday completed the formation of his new Cabinet by appointing ten Vice Premiers and 30 deputy ministers.
On April 24 President Giorgio Napolitano asked Mr.Letto, who is a member of the Democratic party, to form the country’s new government. Three days later Letto unveiled the lineup of the new, 21-strong Cabinet one third of which are women – an absolute record.
The new PM and his Cabinet were sworn in on April 28.
