The newspaper writes, "Over 350 people, mainly citizens of Armenia, who are to enter Russia through Georgia, cannot pass Kazbegi-Upper Lars checkpoint because of bad weather conditions.

Citizens are in Dushetsi district, Georgia, provided with products. Armenian Embassy in Georgia representative will visit them as well. Storm, wind and fog cover the checkpoint. Majority of citizens head to Vladikavkaz, Russia. They will set out as soon as the weather improves."
