"Haykakan Zhamanak": Khachatur Sukiasyan against Gagik Beglaryan?

The newspaper writes, "Our sources close to Sukiasyan yesterday informed our correspondent that Khachatur Sukiasyan intended to be nominated as RA NA deputy candidate in the N.10 precinct of Yerevan.

To the remark of our correspondent that news are circulating within governmental frames, that Sukiasyan's candidacy is likely not to be registered for the reason of not permanently residing in Armenia during the last 5 years, the latter responded: "Khachatur Sukiasyan has permanently been living in Armenia during the last 5 years. As before, now also he often leaves for business trips, but this fact will not cause any legal obstacle for registering his candidacy." As is known, RA ruling Republican coalition intends to nominate in this precinct Yerevan's former mayor Gagik Beglaryan's candidacy. According to our information, Prosperous Armenia party will not nominate its candidate in this precinct. It is supposed, that Armenian National Congress will support just Sukiasyan's candidacy here."
