All roads and mountain passes of interstate and republican significance are passable in Armenia as of January 18, 08.30am, the Ministry of Transport and Communication informed.

According to the source there is black ice in Selim mountain pass and Maralik-Lanjik road. Heavy snow is falling in North and Northern-West provinces of the republic. Road cleaning works are being implemented all day long.

The ministry urges drivers to travel with snow tires.
