"Citizen Observer" initiative revealed a number of irregularities in the election of Council of Elders.

At 13/21 polling station one grandfather approached the Chairman of the cCmmission and said, "Give me my money. You give everybdy, do not give me?. Being rejected, disgruntled grandfather left. The video will be published later.
