Today elections of Yerevan Council of Elders were held in Yerevan. At 20:00 pm local time 464 polling stations in 13 constituencies in Yerevan were closed.

To note, seven political parties take part in the election- 6 parties and one bloc: "Arakelutyun" ("Mission") party, "Armenian National Congress", "Prosperous Armenia", the Armenian Revolutionary Federation(ARF-D), Republican Party of Armenia and "Rule of Law" and "Hello, Yerevan" bloc party, which includes "Heritage" party.

It should be also noted that the observation mission will be hold by 26 local non-governmental organizations and an international organization- Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Counil of Europe.
