Open letter to PAP and "Hello, Yerevan" alliance: "I ask and demand to give all seats of Council of Elders."

Alen Simonian posted a record on his Facebook page, which says:

"Open letter to "Prosperous Armenia" and "Hello, Yerevan" alliance. Dear, referring to you as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, as a friend and colleague, I ask and demand to give all seats of Council of Elders and give it wholy the Republican Party of Armenia and Taron Margaryan, thus creating a legal and political collapse.
