WWII war criminal dies in Paris

A WWII war criminal Nikolai Rutchenko has reportedly died in Paris at the age of 94. He was pronounced on May 4 at 10 p.m.
Mr. Rutchenko will be buried at Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, a Russian cemetery. No date of the service has been announced yet.
The Voice of Russia previously published archive documents on its website confirming Mr. Rutchenko’s complicity in a series of war crimes committed during the Second World War, including transportation of Riga residents of Jewish descent to the Auschwitz death camp.
