"Zhoghovurd": Serving in Armenian Army no longer important.

The newspaper writes, "With the decree of RA prime-minister Tigran Sargsyan, on Jan. 16 and 18 Ruben Melikyan and Yeghishe Kirakosyan were appointed as RA Deputy Ministers of Justice. Getting acquainted with their biographical data, "Zhoghovurd" daily found out that both of them did not take part in homeland protection - did not pass mandatory military service. Mandatory military service did not pass also Varuzhan Nersisyan, who was appointed Assistant to President Serzh Sargsyan on January 17 by the latter`s decree. It comes out that the authorities do not give importance to the defense of our homeland and not serving in the Armenian Army can no longer interfere to official promotion. This phenomenon is another manifestation of state degradation, when the heroes become traitors, while "golden youth" doing nothing for our country becomes authority."
