"Hraparak": Rule of Law member and former minister can be included in transitory places of PAP proportional election list.
Armenian Press
"With Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan’s 2004 decree, Ara Aramyan was relieved of his duties as Urban Development Minister," "Hraparak" daily writes.
“Now he has become a [ruling coalition’s Prosperous Armenia Party] PAP member, and PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan promised to include him in the temporary spot of PAP’s proportional election list. In return, Aramyan was committed to secure votes for PAP from his native Charentsavan city and the nearby villages. Aramyan was relieved of his duties as Urban Development Minister because his son had fired pistol shots at Triumph Café. So, we can only assume the methods Aramyan will use in order to secure votes for PAP.”
