Estimates of non power forces were almost identical in connection with the municipal elections: "The elections rigged."
Last night a statement was also made by PAP, which remained silent all day. A statement with its neutrality is the first position. In a statement, PAP, in particular, thanks the electorate, but also notes that the elections once again proved the need for fundamental changes in the electoral processes in Armenia.
Referring to an interview with Lurer.com to the addition or adoption of mandates, PAP spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan asked to wait a bit: "Now we are discussing the next steps, when discussions end, we will immediately notify all."
According to the spokesperson, there has not been discussion in connection with the preparation of a possible coalition at Municipality.
