Police presented new details about video regarding Armen Martirosyan

RA Police issued a statement which reads as follows:

"Today, there was a video on the Internet about "Heritage" party Armen Martirosyan, who was in police vehicle. 

Some hurried to carry their own "investigation", trying to find out how police provides videos, others certainty said that it was video by Police, various hypotheses about objective of distribution of the video, causal connections, cunning and very dangerous pitfalls were proposed.

We officially announced that an official investigation has been appointed by the Head of City Police department.

Within the framework of the official investigation it was revealed that on the same day another citizen (internal investigation revealed the identity of the person, it also turned out that at this moment he is not in the country) was also detained together with Armen Martirosyan. There were two policemenn in car, one was driving the car, the other police officer is seen in the video, and the fact that at the moment the driver could shoot, is unrealistic, besides foreshortening of the shooting is quite different).

In addition, Armen Martirosyan explained to the media that the video had not been shot by Police.

Nevertheless, to exclude further manipulations we are compelled to present the video, which was shot by police officers.
