In accordance with paragraph 16 of Article 55 of the Constitution and taking as a basis RA Law "On state awards of the Republic of Armenia," on the Day of Yerkrapah (Union of Volunteers of RA-Ed.) Serzh Sargsyan decided to reward Chairman of the Regional Council of the Union of volunteers Yerkrapah Surik Khachatryan Medal of the 2nd degree of "Battle Cross".
