The newspaper writes, "Yesterday the acting head of the OSCE office in Yerevan Carel Hofstra, can be said, 'filled cold water' on main expectations of Armenian National Congress from European structures: that is sending 2000 international observers to Armenia.

The latter particularly said, that in the upcoming elections there will not be 2000 international observers, and the amount of the observers can be close to the ones of the previous elections - some few hundred people. "These few hundred people are enough to control properly the course of the elections at all polling stations day and night," stated Carel Hofstra."
