"All problems have their time for solutions. Time to scatter stones and time to gather stones - all in time." This was said at a briefing with reporters in Victory Park by Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan, referring to personnel changes in Police system.

"When a person works for a long time in one position, he willy-nilly acquires some habits that do not creep into the police in this case, but Police need reforms", the Head of Police said.

As for yesterday's Hovhannes Kocharyan's dismissal from the post of Chief of Passport and Visa Department of Police Vladimir Gasparyan said that another post is waiting for him in another department, and he is pleased with his work.
