Deja Vu

First meeting of the new government- Ministers, Generals, Taron Margaryan and waiting. It looks like that this phenomenon is deja Vu for this staff- everybody is sure that he has lived these moments in his life and especially Serzh Sargsyan, who should hold the first meeting of newly formed government.

In fact, the pledge of confidence is expected to be the new government. Absolutely nothing has changed, only after this the spirit of alternative will be absent, but this time the stereotype has changed. Monopoly of portfolio of the Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs no longer belongs to Gagik Tsarukyan, it belongs to the government. Besides the confidence is in the members of the government, there is no "stranger"...

Of course, this can be considered just the result of the political context, however, in no case, stimulus of economic growth.

Guided by logic of the creation of a new government, such decisions' prototypes, made by Serzh Sargsyan, allow to come to some important conclusions.

First, the absence of changes in the government is the guarantee of the reality that the President is pleased with the work and the results of the previous five years, or at least is satisfied with them.

The second important fact is the incoherence of government-society circle, which is a consequence of the first fact.

This means that the President makes decisions taking into account only his own opinions, on his own initiative, and not taking into account society's opinion.

Here is the third and most important fact. The decisions that are made according to such a scheme, they almost always do not receive society's support, as well as such decisions do not provide positive results for the same society.

Serzh Sargsyan has repeatedly found out that accepts his guilt, that many leave Armenia, it does not matter how many people leave every day, how many people catch this way, the important is emigration, an exodus that leaves a vivid idea of salvation of lighthouse vision for those staying in Armenia.

Serzh Sargsyan's question to the villager, which expresses the entire lukewarmness of the regime, who is too blame, that your sons have migrated, we can only give type of qualification, who lives with selfish, monopolistic interests and motivations towards own state, own country, own villagers and own citizens.
