Devastating floods in southern and eastern China

Floods in the southern and eastern provinces of China have affected about 790,000 people, inflicting significant damage to 5.6 thousand houses.
The greatest damage from the elements was recorded in the central province of Hunan, where three people were killed, and 22,000 were evacuated.
Serious damage is reported in the eastern provinces of Jiangxi and Anhui.
The raging elements in the three provinces have impacted nearly 33,000 hectares of crops.
According to Chinese meteorologists, the forecast for the coming days in the specified areas of the country warns of more rainfall.
