Medvedev-Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting starts in Sochi.

The meeting of Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian Presidents starts in Sochi, Russia.

Serzh Sargsyan, Ilham Aliyev and Dmitry Medvedev are discussing the issues related to resolution of the Karabakh conflict.

The meeting was preceded by talks in bilateral format. Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders held separate meetings with their Russian counterpart.   

Russian “Ria Novosti” news agency said earlier today that Kremlin released a message of expectations from today’s meeting. Kremlin is particularly “concerned about frequent violations of ceasefire regime in the contact line, casualties of servicemen and civilians, as well as armed rhetoric from the both parties.”

It’s reported Moscow is hopeful to wrap up with the talks to launch investigation mechanisms of the incidents. Presidents are having their 11th similar format meeting today.
