Armenian ruling Republican Party grants scholarships to military educational institutions’ students.

Armenian ruling Republican Party (RPA) held solemn ceremony on granting nominal scholarships annually at Armenian Youth Foundation (AYF) on Monday.

The ceremony was dedicated to the Day of Army. Intellectual contest was held for the fifth year among the students at military-educational and military-psychological institutions, and the winners were granted with nominal scholarships.

The scholarships were granted by the Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, Armenian Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan, Armenian MOD Seyran Ohanyan, MP, AYF head Karen Avagyan and RPA organizing committee head Ruben Tadevosyan. The six student-winners will get AMD 20,000 ($53) and AMD 25,000 ($66) monthly scholarship for a year.
