According to the information published in "Haykakan Zhamanak" daily, RA former foreign minister Vardan Oskanyan may become number two in the proportional list of PAP. For clarifications on this issue LURER.com called "Civilitas" Foundation.

"The explanation was already published in "Haykakan Zhamanak" daily and we can add nothing more. Yesterday Miss Ghazaryan answered that as of she was aware no such thing was announced so far and nothing more she could add. I can only confirm Miss Ghazaryan`s answer," we were answered from the press department of the foundation.
