Ukraine PMs play chess in Rada, while Armenian MPs are 'rolling balls' in Parliament.

'Ball rolling' incident was also registered at the Supreme Rada of Ukraine. The only difference was that instead of 'rolling balls' with iPad the Rada MP was playing chess.

The remarkable thing is that if Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan had played chess with iPad, maybe local media would be a little bit 'kind' and wouldn't blame the minster for wasting working time. Besides, the minister`s party representatives would not have to do impossible for justifying his act. They could just explain that the latter 'rolled' a mental game, which might likely be greeted by Armenian chess-liking society.

And to the question why the Russian minister played chess during the Rada session, can only answer Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan.

To note, last November, during the National Assembly session in Armenian Parliament, RA Minister of Energy and Natural Resources was 'rolling balls' with  his iPad. The event got serious response by local media.
