Russian-Turkish relations enter phase of strategic partnership.

The Russian and Turkish foreign ministers, Sergey Lavrov and Ahmet Davutoglu, have met in Moscow to discuss a wide range of bilateral cooperation issues, including the current peace talks over Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to the Azerbaijani news agency APA, the two officials also addressed the situation in the Middle East and the developments in Iran and Syria.
The parties reportedly agreed to increase their further efforts towards resolving the problems above. They also signed an agreement at the end of the meeting.
Lavrov emphasized the importance of the high-level bilateral dialogue, highly praising the activities of the Strategic Planning Group.
The Turkish top diplomat, in his turn, highlighted the role of the strategic alliance and the joint activities with the Group, considering them important components in bilateral relations.
