Armenia is to perform in second semi-final of Eurovision Song Contest 2012.

Semi-Final Allocation Draw for the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest took place in Baku on January 25. According to it, Armenia will perform at the semi-final on May 24.
Citing the official web-site of the song contest, 37 countries that participated in draw have been divided into 2 halves.
In the first semi-final on May 22, 18 countries will perform - Montenegro, Iceland, Romania, Albania, Belgium, Latvia, Switzerland, Finland, Greece, Moldova, Cyprus, Austria, Denmark, Russia, San Marino, Israel, Ireland, Hungary. Nineteen countries will perform at the second semi-final on May 24 – Serbia, The Netherlands, Portugal, FYR Macedonia, Belarus, Malta, Ukraine, Armenia, Bulgaria, Sweden, Georgia, Slovenia, Estonia, Turkey, Slovakia, Croatia, Norway, Lithuania, Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Six countries have already qualified for the Final of the Eurovision Song Contest, being United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain. As a total of 26 countries will take part in the Final on the 26th of May, then 10 from each Semi-Final will qualify for it. The motto for 2012 Eurovision song contest is Light your Fire.
