Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of RA received the newly appointed Ambassador of Lithuania to Armenia

ithuania’s newly appointed Ambassador to Armenia, Erikas Petrikas, on Tuesday presented the copy of his credentials to Deputy Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
Congratulating the ambassador on his appointment, Mnatsakanyan noted that there is a great potential for the development of bilateral relations.
They reflected on bilateral ties, the political discourse, and the EU Eastern Partnership summit to be held in the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius, in November. The interlocutors also discussed the trade, economic and cultural ties, and the cooperation within international organizations.
Ambassador Petrikas stated that he will make an attempt to assist in the expansion of cooperation between Armenia and Lithuania, and underscored the collaboration along the lines of the EU Eastern Partnership, RA MFA press service reported.
