Corruption is a crime, and the rapidly growing emigration is one of its consequences - ANC member Zoya Tadevosyan.

Zoya Tadevosyan, a member of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), believes that Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is the main culprit in corruption in Armenia.
At a Tuesday discussion of Armenian political parties’ agenda, she stated that the Armenian president is “at the top of the corruption pyramid.”
“The first factor is rigged elections. If a person has no political will and is unable to rule and lets corruption spread, what can we speak of?” Tadevosyan said.
She reminded the participants that corruption is a crime, and the rapidly growing emigration is one of its consequences.
“Who’s going to bear responsibility for emigration? Who’s raising the problem of the grave socio-economic situation in the country forcing people to leave their motherland?” she asked.
