OSCE to monitor contact line between Azerbaijani, Armenian armies

Under the mandate of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative, monitoring will be held on the contact line between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops near the village of Merzili of the Aghdam region of Azerbaijan on June 6, the press service of the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry said on Wednesday.

According to the report the monitoring will be held on the Azerbaijani side by the field assistant of personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Christo Christov.

On the opposite side the monitoring will be held by the field assistants of the personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Irji Aberle and Yevgeni Sharov.
