Yerevan City Hall presents roses to couples.
Society
On the occasion of St. Sargis Day—honoring St. Sargis the Warrior, and the Youth and love Patron’s day in Armenia—Yerevan City Hall placed a two-meter heart nearby the open-air ice rink at the capital’s Swan Lake. The heart is carved out of ice, and it holds one-thousand roses.
The City Hall also presented roses to all the couples, including foreign guests, who were strolling near the ice rink.
Also, all Armenian churches named after St. Sargis the Warrior celebrate a Holy Mass on this day.
