Armenia’s Court of Criminal Appeal refused the appeal presented by the lawyer of Vram Baghdasaryan. The court considered the accusations of committing hooliganism and murder by 5 people as reasonable.

According to the verdict, V. Baghdasaryan has murdered Kh. Mkrtchyan by an illegally carried gun.

Baghdasaryan has been sentenced to 14 years imprisonment.

Former chief of Armenia’s Criminal investigation department Hovhannes Tamamyan has been imprisoned for smothering the case.
