Municipality of Yerevan applied for help.

The works directed and snow cleaning which started again on February 9 evening and is still falling, were being fulfilled during the whole night and are going on now. The communal services of the administrative districts of the capital involved the corresponding machinery of other structures subordinated to the Municipality, and the snow cleaning activities have been carried out in all the districts. Totally, 178 units of special machinery have been involved in the process. Taking into account the heavy snowfall the Municipality of Yerevan applied to the building organizations functioning in the capital expecting them to get involved in snow cleaning with their own machinery. As the cleaning is going in parallel with unceasing snowfalls, the information on the quantity of salt and sand used in the works will be given later. We'd like to inform that the situation is fully under control and the information on the work done will be published regularly.
