Electoral bribe is distributed by condominium heads in Hrazdan city.

It turned out why overcrowding occurred in Hrazdan city`s precincts. According to circulating news, the falsifiers, brought to the precincts for voting by buses, after the voting do not leave the precincts since they have not seen their condominium heads. This time distribution process of electoral bribe falls on the condominium heads, and the citizens waiting for the bribe stay they until the head appears and pays the falsifiers. And though the police [after multiple requirements from ANC member Sasoun Mikaelyan`s proxies] demanded the citizens to stay away from the precincts at least 50m, as the law demands, however, some districts are still crowded with people.

To note, today Hrazdan city of Armenia holds mayor elections. The nominated candidates are two - ANC member Sasoun Mikaelyan and Republican Aram Danielyan.
