From 25/06 precinct of Hrazdan city reporter Vahagn Gevorgyan informed that suddenly a second proxy of the Republican candidate Aram Danielyan appeared in the precinct and refusing to show his proxy certificate made a fuss in the electoral district.
To note, today Hrazdan city of Armenia holds mayor elections. The nominated candidates are two - ANC member Sasoun Mikaelyan and Republican Aram Danielyan.
