The voting of Hrazdan city mayor election is over. Now vote counting process has began in the precincts. According to the preliminary data of some proxies present in the precincts, who regularly call on our editorial office and inform about preliminary results of the voting, it becomes clear that with majority of votes ANC member Sasoun Mikaelyan is winning. Maybe this is the reason that as of the current moment the electricity went off in already 4 electoral precincts.
