In the community head elections of Armavir region`s Arshaluys ans Alashkert villages has won the incumbent village head Republican Zarzand Grigoryan with 1460 votes. To note, out of 49 electoral precincts of Armenian Republic`s 9 regions the Central Election Commission received  a complaint only from Arshaluys village. In was concerning the inaccuracies in the electoral lists.

To note, in Arshaluys village for the village head position were competing the incumbent village head Zarzand Grigoryan, who is NA PM Hrant Grigoryan`s brother, and the former village head Grigor Grigoryan, who is supported by Hrant and Zarzand Grigoryans` uncle - Yerkrapah Union`s chairman, general Manvel Grigoryan.
