No election process in Armenia can be equal competitive - Stepan Safaryan.

"Hrazdan city mayor elections passed in tense atmosphere. The cause was mutual mistrust. I personally was not present in electoral process, but I I've been in touch with my colleagues Armen Martirosyan and Zaruhi Postanjyan, who mainly mention that there occurred what always occurs during Armenian elections - that is a process which is followed with election fraud. No election process in Armenia can be equal competitive," said Heritage party member Stepan Safaryan during today`s meeting with reporters.

According to Safaryan`s words, Armen Martirosyan and Zaruhi Postanjyan did not fix any actual fraud, but, according to him, all the administrative levers were used during the electoral process. Safaryan, however, thinks, that during the elections the activities of Heritage, ANC and other opposition parties essentially affected the level of election corruption.
