Member of the Republican Party of Armenia Hovhanness Sahakyan considers the elections of local governmental bodies in Armenia February 12 as unprecedented. He told the reporters today that active participation has been registered in a number of big communities.
He said the winners and losers must be fair to voice the issues registered during the elections. The lost candidate must be able to voice the issues. "Sasun Mikayelyan nominated in Hrazdan has been defeated, but we must admit that he has received a considerable number of votes," he said.
