The Armenian Apostolic Church celebrated on Tuesday Candlemas, The Coming of the Son of God into the Temple.

And on this occasion a pre-festivity ceremony was held at the Holy See of Saint Etchmiadzin, after which the four corners of the world were blessed.

Candlemas is also declared as the Blessing Day of Newlyweds. And Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II blessed the newlyweds under church chants.
