Armenian former FM’s decision is a ‘thoughtless step’ according to Aram Manukyan.

Aram Manukyan, Board Chairman, Armenian National Movement (ANM), believes the Armenian former FM Vartan Oskanian’s decision to join the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) to be a “thoughtless step.”

At his Wednesday meeting with journalists, Manukyan said that he is “really sorry that a 60-year-old man matures so late.”

He believes that Mr Oskanian is a “plaything” and applied for PAP membership, obeying somebody’s instructions.
