Public must choose the election system it prefers - Naira Zohrabyan.

Both proportional and majority election systems have privileges, MP from the Prosperous Armenia Party Naira Zohrabyan said at the parliament hearing February 15. "The important thing is conduction of free and transparent elections," the MP said.

Naira Zohrabyan said it is easy to make frauds with majority election system. "We should address to public to find out which election system people prefer," the MP stressed.

According to her, such issues do not appear in stable democratic countries. "Our European partners respond to our issue with surprise," Zohrabyan said.
