"Whom can I apply to? Whom to complain if the whole state system is against me?" - to the question concerning the appeal of Armenia`s Hrazdan city mayor election results answered mayor candidate, ANC member Sasoun Miakelyan.

"We won while Aram Danielyan was appointed," stated Mikaelyan adding that "there is a team of about 12.000, why should I get disappointed?"

According to Mikaelyan, Republican Aram Danielyan`s supporters used all the administrative levers to reach the result they wanted: they intimidated the people, frightened that they will be released from work or their property will be taken away, etc. What about the congratulation of his opponent, Sasoun Mikaelyan mentioned that in case of fair defeat he would congratulate his opponent, but in this case not.
