Human rights activists, cultural and political figures as well as ordinary citizens are joining the environmentalists protesting against an illegal construction of kiosks in Yerevan's Mashtots Avenue.
LURER.com journalist reports from the ground that the police have warned the activists to leave the area in 20 minutes, or else they promised to disperse the group.
Human rights activist Avetik Ishkhanyan says the protest is mainly quiet and any action to disperse the protesters will be illegitimate.
The environmentalists are preparing to give an open-air press conference.
