Armenian architect Levon Igityan is sure that kiosks being constructed in Mashtots Park of Yerevan have temporary nature and in case of temporariness the installation of kiosks in public areas is allowed by law. It did not seem convincing argument for him that concrete base is not installed for temporary structures, which is due in Mashtots avenue. Maybe the speaker was not convinced as he had not been present in the park.

"Why should I go to the park? I am not a slacker," mentioned the architect to the response of environmental activist Meri Khachatryan`s suggestion to visit the park.
