On Thursday evening the executive body returned to the parliament the draft law "On Legal Regime of the State of Emergency," Armenian Revolutionary Federation -Dashnaktsutyun MP Vahan Hovhannisyan told reporters on Friday.

"I do not know what changes the government made in the bill but I think that involvement of the army during the state of emergency is inadmissible," said the head of the ARF-D faction.

"Why do you highlight the issue ahead of elections?" stressed Mr Hovhannsiyan.
