Nicolas Sarkozy’s pre-election campaign playlist includes a song of the French singer of Armenian origin Charles Aznavour. The song titled “Ils sont tombés (“They have fallen”) refers to the Armenian Genocide.

Sarkozy has also included his wife Carla Bruni’s song L’Amoureuse (“In love”) in his playlist.
