The protest in front of the Armenian parliament building kicks off.

In the current moment in front of Armenian National Assembly building in Baghramyan street have gathered Armenian National Congress (ANC) and Armenian Revolutionary Federation - Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D) representatives and supporters. ARF activists hold mainly red flags in their hands, while ANC members has come with posters, drums and pipes. The police imposes the protesters not to walk along the street and be located in the parts for the pedestrians. Now ARF MPs Vahan Hovannisyan and Armen Rustamyan came out of the NA building and a bit latter they will make speeches and will inform with what procedure will the draft of passing to 100% proportional electoral system be discussed in the NA, LURER.com correspondent informs.

Minutes ago Armenian National Congress central office`s key figures joined the protesters. In parallel, the number of police officers increases in front of the NA building. The protesters are chanting "Free, Independent Armenia" slogan. At 14:30, the NA will start the debate over the draft. It is considered that at the beginning the bill related speaker will held a 7-minute speech.
