The soldier`s body was transferred to Yerevan from NKR.

A criminal case under Article 110 (1) of the RA Criminal Code (leading to suicide) has been instigated in relation to the death of 19-year old soldier Tigran Varyan, who was killed at one of the military units of the Defense Army in the north on Feb. 29.

The preliminary inquiry was underway and nobody has been arrested yet. The soldier`s body was transferred to Yerevan and now is in the morgue. The sister of the dead soldier Tamara Gziryan during the talk with LURER.com correspondent informed that Abovyan military office informed them that the soldier, who served in NKR "Yeghnikner" unity, had shot himself with his own arm, but 'nobody believes it'. The soldier`s relatives turned to Helsinki association. "They will come and shot everything in order that the case won`t be 'covered' then," Gziryan said.
