The National Assembly has passed the law on the Legal Regime of State of Emergency.
The bill was adopted with a vote of 67 in favor and 1 against.
The parliamentary opposition did not take part in the voting.
Larisa Alaverdyan and Anahit Bakhshyan were closely following the process to prevent the parliament members from double-voting.
After the passage of the bill, the Heritage lawmakers (Alaverdyan and Stepan Safaryan) noted with regret that the double-voting still continues.
Before starting its Thursday session, the parliament observed a minute of silence to commemorate the people who were killed during the March 1 post electoral turmoil in Yerevan.
